YOGA SHALA offers flowing Vinyasa, wherein the breathing is combined with the movement; individual “Hands – On” – assistance, pranayama (breathing exercises), chanting (sound experience), yoga philosophy and meditation. The hours are varied and accompanied by music part.

Regardless of age and physical fitness exercises are suitable for everyone. Each is individually supported by its capabilities through detailed instructions and required.

After a yoga class you feel “like new born”, “as if by internal massage”, “totally relaxed and refreshed”, “free of back pain” or even “Natural High”.
